I had Over a dozen responses re Gluten in millet Flour .Only one felt
that millet flour contained gluten........all the rest stated that there
was No gluten in that flour.I have been eating bread made with millet
for 2 weeks now with no ill effects.As far as I am concerned I will
continue to eat this bread.......
