I'm a bit behind in my Digest reading
so my apologies if this has already been pointed out.

I picked up some glutinous flour over the weekend
(I have been using it for quite some time in my regular baking)
The girl told me that it's also known as sweet rice flour.

I hadn't been aware that they were one and the same until then.
