This list is great! Thanks to all who responded to my request for info
about eating GF in the Orleans area of the Cape. Here is a brief
summary of what I learned.

For groceries: Shaw's (Star Market) and Stop and Shop both have lots
of GF food. Also the Orleans health food store on Main Street called
Whole Foods has GF items including Tinkyada pasta and GF pies by
Natural Feast. Also Eldia Market and Coffeehouse has GF pies and
probably other items.

For restaurants: For an upscale, very safe and tasty meal try Abba on
Old Colony Way or the Nauset Beach Club on Beach Road. These 2 places
were highly recommended. Also recommended were Stark Fish on Main
Street in Brewster and the Arbor on Route 28. For pub food: the
YardArm in Orleans or the Jailhouse Tavern on West Road. For breakfast
omelets: The Hearth n Kettle by Exit 12.

I am now looking forward to my trip!
