Dear Chris:

Thank you for contacting the Foster Farms Consumer Affairs Department.  The
questions and comments we receive help us stay in touch with our customers'
needs.  Our fresh natural Foster Farms turkey and chicken products (whole
and parts) with no additives are all gluten free.  In addition, our fresh
frozen raw parts are also gluten free (the broth in these products is simply
dehydrated chicken which is rehydrated with water).  Foster Farms ground
chicken and ground turkey are seasoned with oleoresin rosemary extract and
black pepper extract, which some consumers have indicated concern with for
their gluten free diets, so you may want to avoid those.  With regard to our
deli products, we can not guarantee that they are gluten free, because the
suppliers of our pre-blended spice blends do not guarantee them to be gluten
