For those in the Portland OR area, New Season's Market is offering a GF Thanksgiving menu where you just tell them the number of people and they give you the turkey, etc, all prepared and ready for the big day. My husband and I are trying it out.

Worth noting, the meal is NOT prepared in a dedicated GF kitchen, so cross contamination possibilities exist.

From http://holiday.newseasonsmarket.com/
Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Dinner for Two$39.99
Diestel organic boneless turkey breast or stuffed acorn squash, quinoa mushroom or wild rice stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, turkey or vegetarian gravy (flourless), cranberry sauce, choice of vegetable, gluten-free cornbread and apple cranberry crisp.
*Although these items are made from ingredients with no added gluten, New Seasons Market kitchens are not gluten-free environments.
