I tried to make the Pao de Queijo recipe,
but after 40 minutes (@ 350 degrees F), the rolls had barely cooked  
or browned.
(Maybe I'll have to test my gas oven.)
It also seemed like it could have used some salt.

Having never done this before, I have no basis for comparison.
