Pasta; summary.

Thank you all for responds and advises. Most of you missed my point;
“contamination”. I have no other food allergy, and I am sure of it. I am
consuming milk and other dairy products without any problem; unless is
contaminated with gluten.   After 22 years on GF diet, I learned many
things about my body. Most people know exactly how to take care of pets
cars, machinery appliances, and so on and on, but they just ignoring own
body and mind needs. I lost confidents to those called family doctors,
since I found my problem with gluten. Apparently CD is hard to diagnose.
There is the logic to it; when most human health disorders causes gluten,
they should look to it at first place. I feel blessed for the fact that I
am too sensitive to gluten. This way my body let me know that I made
mistake and keep me healthy. Most of those people who tolerate gluten
without major or little symptoms having neurological and other sometimes
serious problems. To refrain from gluten is a small price to pay for
suffering many of those horrible health disorders, what gluten causes. I
admire Dr. Fasano for his dedicated work on gluten. He and his team
discovered hormone “zonulin”, which makes sense about toxicity  of gluten
There is no reliable test to diagnose gluten sensitivity (and never will
be), the test could confirm CD, but will not rule it out. It makes sense to
me when I thinking about Dr. Fasano statement: We are not designed to
digest gluten. When all human are sensitive to gluten, we just need to
accept the fact. However the world is not ready to do that, yet. We have
epidemic of neurological disorders. Apparently about 60% of children are on
some neurologic drugs. Those children in few years will take over leading
the world; it scares me! It will be bore terrorism, suicide bombing and so
on and on. Those people are just victims of gluten. No rational thinking
person will blow himself for any cause. We just feel up our jail, instead
remove the cause for earth surface.

 Yes; most people have little or no noticeable reaction; but that doesn’t
means that gluten is “good for them”.

My message to GF producers: Unless you invest to your own milling
facilities you will be not able to call your produce “gluten free”. Yes you
can, but you will be never sure about it.
