DATE/TIME:

Thursday, January 25, 2001, 6-8 p.m.

If there happens to be a snowstorm on this date, we have set an
alternate meeting date for the following Thursday, February 1, 2001, 6-8
p.m.

PLACE:

Office of Dr. W. Stephen Gefvert
1250 Forest Avenue, 3rd Floor, Portland

THEME: BREAD Please bring along your favorite homemade or commercial
gluten-free bread, as well as some cold cuts, sandwich spread, dip, soup
or stew to serve with our breads.

For your homemade breads and other dishes, please write up the recipe
for what you bring along so that we may include it in our next
newsletter. Having the recipe available is also helpful for those
individuals who are sensitive to other foods to know what ingredients
were used to prepare the dish.

FEATURED PRODUCT: Prima Provisions Co. is donating Chebe Bread
mixes to have at our meeting.

For further information, please contact Sue Gefvert at 207-878-5100 or
e-mail Paula Raleigh at [log in to unmask]
