I am Anthony and please keep the emails coming I really appreciate it.
Sometimes I don't know what to eat. I live in Rochester Ny if anyone is
aware of stores i can go to that have mostly or some Gluten Free food let me
know.  I am 32 dinozed three weeks ago.  I am also on a diet trying to lose
weight I already lost 25 pounds and what to lose 18 more pounds.  But i
defiantly have that disease and if you know companies around here. I know of
a few Lori, Natural Oatasi and one other i forgot the name any info you what
to send let me know any websites phone numbers for companies and even
manufactures so i can see if they have gluten in certain foods. Please keep
email coming I need it
