Hello All,

Several people responded to my request where to obtain sorghum and a
couple asked me to summarize so here is what I received.

Try http://www.jowar.com Jowar Foods for Sorghum.

Also,

Grain Process Enterprises, Ltd, Scarborough Ontario Canada
Jowar Foods, Hereford, TX
King Arthur Flours, Norwich, VT
Kinnikinnick Foods, Alberta, Canada
Miss Robens, Frederick, MD
Nancy's Natural Foods, Candy, Or
Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods, Milwaukie, OR
Cybros, Inc. Waukesha, WI
De-Ro-Ma, Laval, Quebec
Dietary Specialists, Piscataway, NJ
El Peto Products, Kitchener, Ontario
Ener-G Foods, Seattle, WA
GF Pantry - Glastonbury, CT

Thanks to all who responded. I am looking for the whole grain, not
flour. I am not a celiac patient myself. My connection with this
condition is primarily professional. I work for a biotech company that
produces the tests and as a hobby, I make beer. I have seen several
posts from people lamenting the fact that they can't find a gluten free
beer that is safe for celiacs. I think this is an interesting project
and I'm going to try to make one. Sorghum is one of the materials I
plan to investigate.

Best regards.

Tom
