A & E, again reading the labels to make sure. Love the stuff!

Egg nogs are so easy to make that my daughter who did not like milk was
making them by herself at age eight. She loved egg nogs because the eggs
hid the milk in her mind. Just do a search for egg nog recipe. My son made
them with a banana added.

Can't name an egg nog that DOES have gluten. That doesn't mean there isn't
one, but I consider it generally safe.

Silk is delicious!

Oberweis egg nog is GF

There is no good reason for there to be gluten in egg nog. But sadly we all
know that that is not a guarantee that there will not be gluten in egg nog.
Since egg nog has a lot of things added to it, I believe it is always a good
idea to check the ingredients. That said, in 11 years GF I have never found
one that did contain gluten.

I have had Kemps and Orangic Valley so far, and I called the companies, so
those are GF. I know Silk Nog (soy milk) is as well. I made delicious egg
nog pancakes with egg nog yesterday as well :)

NO! I'm doing a post about this topic on Wed. in fact. (
www.glutenfreequestions.com). The only gf ready made eggnog I've found in
our area is from Kroger.

LACTAID is gluten free

Rice Dream has a Rice Nog that is very delicious and gluten free! (I cannot
do dairy or soy).If you can do real milk and eggs then I suggest just
reading the labels on the carton. Wheat must be declared as an allergen.
