My apologies to everyone who has tried unsuccessfully to access Dr. Murray's
presentation on the Northland Celiac Support Group website. The site was
overwhelmed, and I am trying to sort this all out.  Keep trying; as traffic
dies down you should be able to download the file. Thank you for your
patience!  I am a sorry excuse for a "webmaster"!
