I'm sorry this is so late.  
I had asked the list about which brands of tuna are gluten free.  These are some of the answers:
Whole Foods Tuna (365 brand)
Bumblebee Albacore Tuna
Chicken of the Sea Salmon in water
Starkist
Polar Tuna 
Genoa Tuna (Costco)
