Hi listmates,
I am a recently diagnosed celiac living in Turkey. It is very very
difficulty to have access to information and products in this country.
But during my recent trip to the States I bought a jar of mustard. The
brand name is Tree of Life Organic Mustard. It first appeared to me that
its ingredients are safe for a celiac, but now I am not quite sure as I
had a mild reaction after I consumed it. The ingredients are: water,
organic mustard seed, orgnaic white wine vinegar, sea salt, acetic acid
from fermentation alcohol vinegar. I am suspicious of the acetic acid
from fermenation of alcohol vinegar. Do you have any idea whether we can
consume alcohol vinegar or not.

Also, does anyone know whether One a Day (Bayer) extra strenght has
anything in it that celaics should not consume? It is very difficult to
tel from the ingredients.

Thanks to all.
