Hello all!!

I work in a 300 bed hospital in Australia, and I am just enquiring about
gluten free gravy

Basically - does anyone have a recipe which would be suitable to make in
small quantities (only 2 patients are on gluten free diets), but uses
low cost ingredients.

In particular which flour would provide the best results when making
gravy
