I recently requested info for Communion wafers for my parents 50th. wedding
anniversary Mass. Most of the people that responded receive wine only but I
did find two places where I could buy them. I had called my mother's Priest
and was told at first that he would need special permission from the Bishop.
When I called back to find out the status he told me that there is no reason
for her to have to receive communion since she can receive the wine. I
guess you have to be in our place to understand. Anyway, forget that
surprise - on to another.

I would like to make the cake GF for my mom and myself. I use many mail
order companies but have never bought a cake mix. Anyone have any
favorites? Both of us can not have milk or chocolate so it will have to be
a vanilla cake.

Thanks for all your help.
