The Bellingham Gluten Intolerance Group (BGIG) will hold their February 
Meeting -

Guest Speaker: Judy Stanley from Transcendental Meditation of Bellingham.
She will introduce Maharishi Ayur Veda preventative health medicine and 
discuss herbs that improve digestion, immune system, detoxification, and promote 
balance in the body.
