I have FINALLY gotten around to all of my notes about our fantastic trip to Alaska.  In Anchorage we ate at Most Northern Thai within walking distance of The Westmark Anchorage Hotel.
I asked our server if she was familiar with the Gluten-Free diet and could she suggest some GF dishes for me.  She replied, "I am very familiar with the GF diet and I will prepare any dish you request Gluten-Free for you and your family so that you can share the dishes you order. It was wonderful!    WOW!  I wanted to put her in my suitcase and take her home with me! Marian
