Needing some help with some questions.  I am allergic to the protein in
milk... also lactose intolerant. I need some substitutes for milk and
butter .   I've looked at several margarines and notice they have whey in
them.. also a lot of products that say they are dairy free.  Also I
notice the words sodium cassinate in products like creamers.  Are these
products safe for those of us who have milk allergies?     Also have a
allergy to egg whites.  If any one has any suggestions for binders in
foods or any sort of egg substitutes I'd appreciate that to... thanks for
any help.
