Today, I had the opportunity to try two new GF instant soups.

The first is by Thai Kitchen.  They've come out with instant
"ramen-style" rice noodle soups.  I called the company and confirmed the
GF status.  Very good.

Edward and Sons (the people who make Brown Rice Snaps and Miso Cup Soup)
have just come out with "Heritage" Instant Soups in envelopes.  Also
called this company to confirm GF status. Delicious.  I kept thinking
how nice it would've been to have this soup while I was travelling last
month.
