I have been on the GF diet for 10 months and was confirmed CD via a blood
test and a biopsy. I was very sick for three years and my health has
improved dramatically.

>From research on the Celiac List Server, I found out that one is suppose to
become more sensitive to forbidden grains as the small intestine heals. I
am finding this NOT to be the case. I have had two recent experiences where
I was exposed to wheat: one by accident (soy sauce) and another eating a
brownie (deliberate as a test). Neither resulted in a typical reaction.

Can anyone point to a reason? I am baffled!
