Hi list here are the answers to all my medication questions. I've has less
side effects with these but everyone reacts differently.
Still waiting for my GF Guide from Stokes. No financial connections to drug
companies here and sorry if I do not have an exact source for some
medications. I just copied what people told me. I tried to give the drug
co.'s number if you want more info.
It felt good when I was sick to have people to help me and not give me a
hassle. thanks so much. you guys are lifesavers. if I had to ask the
pharmacist one more thing I would have screamed if my throat hadn't hurt so
much. summary follows.

Questionable drugs: Sinuvent (We Pharm) Guaifensin w/phenylpropanolamine
 Zithromax (Pfizer) ;  Guaifensin-Humabid

Zithromax--an antibiotic

Stokes book 1998,  Zithromax Capsules, 250mg,  and Zithromax
Suspension, are GF
Zithromax Tablets 600 mg  are NOT GLUTEN FREE.
Pfizer -- 800-533-4535.


everything Pfizer makes is GF:
"Hi all!  Just got off the phone with Pfizer (1-800-438-1985) and was
told by Rose in the Medical Specialist dept that all Pfizer and Roerig
products are GF.  The starch is derived from potatoes."


Guaifensin ---
a decongestant (helpful at warding off sinus infections)
should be GF, brands are:

Sinuvent is gluten free
We Pharm -- 800-262-9555.


Humabid listed GF in the Stokes book.


Duramed and Fenesin- "don't seem to have gluten in the fillers"
