Can you help?  My husband has a conference in Las Vegas later this week and having never been there I decided to tag along.  Any suggestions for restaurants that would be good.  In addition to being Celiac I am also a vegetarian although I do eat fish. There is some information in the archives, but it is over a year old and I was hoping for some more recent experiences.
