Our speaker will be Richard Farrell, MD of BI Deaconess speaking on
Diagnosing Celiac Disease. Slide presentation followed by Q&A period. He
has experience in seeing Celiac patients, and has just completed revising a
section on Celiac Sprue for a main Gastroenterology  text book.

Also Gluten Free Shopping from 3 vendors, lending library, product
research, information table, raffle, and Gluten Free Tasting Buffet which
includes GF pea soup, rolls, chilli, eggplant parmesan, scalloped potatoes,
fudgey buttons, and gingerbread cake with recipes.


Donation of $5.00 at the door or membership donation of $20.00 which
entitles you to 4 newsletters and 3 membership meetings for the calendar
year.
