In a post on “The craziest place you have found gluten” included was a
reference to spray on apples to make them nice and shiny.
This is distressing.  How do you tell what is sprayed on vegetables?  Are
there other things we should know about fresh fruits and vegetables?  Does
anyone else know if such things be disclosed with the new labeling law?
