Hi Listmates,
Is anyone else contending with a diet in which corn, rice, dairy and
gluten are restricted? I would be interested to know what sorts of foods
apart from pure foods are being used.

ps) I sent a post a few weeks ago about skin care products. I have found
that as long as I stay GF, I can now return to many of the products I used
before. that contain mineral oil. There seemed to be a short period where
I couldn't use anything containing mineral oil.
