Dear Listmates,

With Mother's Day coming and my allergies raging (which means, don't send me flowers), I decided to write to Harry and David to see if I could recommend them as a source for my sons (hint, hint), to send me chocolates. Alas, this is the response I got. From what I could tell, you can't read the ingredients list on the website. So unless you have a store near you to check out the boxes, this email isn't what I was hoping for, albeit Rosie's response shows they have some understanding.

(If you know of any specific Harry and David's chocolates or gift packets that are gluten-free, email me and I'll summarize. Otherwise, dear friends, please don't respond. Sorry, I get way too much email and try to keep it down to essentials.)

Thank you, Linda

Dear Ms. ..

Thank you for your email.
We do not have a list of gluten-free products. We have contacted our ingredient suppliers to insure that all ingredients, including gluten-related ingredients, are declared on the label. Therefore, to the best of our knowledge, our labels list all ingredients. If we can be of further assistance, please let us know.

Best wishes,

Rosie S.

Harry and David
