All, I must sincerely apologize for a mistake in my email message
yesterday about Curry Classics and Green Guru frozen entrees. I had
checked the ingredient list on all the packages except the Pad Thai. My
sister had told me that one was GF and I didn’t double check that one.
I called the company today and it does contain soy sauce with wheat. I
am very, very sorry.

The company is looking to make as many of their entrees as possible
completely gluten free, so they are switching to a wheat free soy sauce
in the future. At this time, they suggest checking the ingredient list
to determine if an entrée has gluten in it. They can’t/won’t certify
whether an individual entrée is GF. But, he said many entrees could be
considered gluten free based on the ingredient list. However, there
could be cross contamination from entrees with gluten made in the same
facility.
