My husband received a box of polenta pasta from a friend the other day,
and one of the ingredients is "Masa." I believe this to be a corn
derivitive, but I am not certain. The listserv on grains does not
mention masa.

Do anyone have an idea what this is? The manufacturer is in Italy and I
hesitate to call. Any help would be appreciated.

Barbara
