Summary of mustard responses:

Responses state that : Trader Joes Dijon mustrd and Best Foods and
Hellmans mustards are gf as the vinegar is from a safe source such as apple
cider vinegar.

I called colemans as did the source who stated the abouve are safe and Only
Coleman's Hot and Spicey (liquid is safe) The same company makes French's
mustard and states all Frenchs mustards are gf. Other members also cited
French's as safe. My celiac support group contact in Westchester Ny says
Goulden's(not sure of spelling) is safe.

One list member suggested grinding my own mustard seeds and adding olive oil
to make my own mustard. Great idea.

Thanks to all who responded. Seems this is not a new issue but some of us have
only recently learned of our special status, and we are still getting the hang
of things.
