Recently a message from Barbara Hicks was posted on this board. She had
contacted Cracker Barrel about their gluten free offerings. A Vivian
Atchley responded from Cracker Barrel and did the usual song and dance
when a company doesn't want to commit or assumes we're not worthy of
their time.

I sent an email to Ms. Atchley expressing my dismay over their lack of
concern and explaining how her response was sent to many thousands of
people around the world. I guess I must have hit a nerve since this is
the reply I just received...

Dear Mr. Letourneau,

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with all of us here
at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.  We're always pleased to hear from
our guests.

Cracker Barrel is currently analyzing all of our menu items for
nutritional information.  This information will be available on our
website and in our stores this fall.   This information will include
menu items that are gluten fee and safe for guest  with celiac.  There
will also be information for guest with other food allergies.  I don't
have a specific date at  this time for you, however, you can let
everyone know that Cracker Barrel has been listening to our guest
request for nutritional information as well as gluten free menu items,
and again, the information will be available this fall.

We look forward to seeing you in one of our locations again soon.
