        Regarding Jean's response from Chipotle's corporate headquarters:
I was told by the regional office in Denver that almost everything is gf,
but that the hot salsa is not. It might be worth checking on. In any
case, Chipotle is an oasis of excellent and healthy fast food for celiacs
in my experience.
