I had asked the question as to whether arrowroot flour and tapicoa flour
was the same or different than arrowroot powder and tapioca powder,
since I had recipes calling for each. And once again, some nice person
at "Miss Robens" came to the rescue. Below is the reponse that I
received from these kind folks:

> Arrowroot flour and powder ARE the same. The same is true of tapioca starch
> and tapioca flour. Where people get confused is because potato STARCH flour
> and potato flour are DIFFERENT. Potato starch flour (also known as potato
> starch) is much lighter and starchier, and more often used on baking.

A very special thank you to "Miss Robens" foods.
