With all the new innovations in testing for celiac disease, what is the easiest to endure?  Next question, Is there one that can be sent away? Or one that can be made in the home?  If so, what is the sample? 

I am aware that endoscopy is considered the ultimate diagnostic tool.  Thank you.  Jackie in Maryland
