Happy Easter all, and an early happy Pesach!

Three years ago I came across Gefilte Fish made without matzoh meal & have
been looking for it ever since. Last week I found it at a local supermarket:
KEDEM brand. The ingredients are Water, Carp, Whitefish, mullet, Pike, Egg
whites, Sugar, Onions, salt, potato starch & spices.( I make no claims for
the spices but I had no reaction) and clearly marked on the label it says: No
MSg, No Egg Yolk, No Matza Meal. Its distributed by KFP INternational, LTD,
Milton, N.Y. 12547.

Tasty, good texture. Add some horseradish, serve on rice crackers & its
delish.
