Gluten-free people I made this cupcake from a recipe I found on F/book or
Pinterest, it was for regular cake mixes, not g/f, but HAD to try and see
if it would work with gluten-free mixes and a resounding YES!! I used
KinniKinnick Angel food cake mix and Betty Crocker "Golden" Cake Mix. You
dump both mixes into a large zip lock bag, zip closed and shake to combine.
Mix 3 T of combined mix with 2 T water and stir; I put it into a greased
ramekin and microwaved for 45 seconds. Mixed 1 T icing sugar with lemon
juice and drizzled it over!! YUM
