Boy, I sure hope the person who wrote the above is mistaken. I wouldn't shoot
myself in the foot to prove that a bullet can make a hole, and I wouldn't
willingly eat gluten. Thanks goodness I found a gastroenterologist who said
the proof is in response to the diet.
