Here is an email from Five Guys regarding gluten in their hamburgers and
french fries:

Thank you for writing in to Five Guys. We do not add anything to our burger
meat. It is simply 80/20 ground beef. Our fries are also basic. They are
whole potatoes, cut daily in the store, soaked in water and then fried in
peanut oil. We do not have any coatings. Our hotdogs are Hebrew national
brand.

The only risk, that I would like to warn you about is for the possibility
for cross contamination through the grill. Our buns are usually toasted on a
separate grill, but when busy the buns are occasionally toasted on the same
grill as the burgers and hotdogs.

I hope this information helps!

Thank you for your interest in Five Guys.
