I wanted to pass along this great recipe for strawberry pie. Blend Glutino 
Shortcake Dream cookies to equal one and one-half cups. Blend in with fork 
one-third cup of softened butter. Pat into pie plate and bake at 325-350 for 8-
10  minutes. Watch closely. Cool.
Combine three-fourths cup sugar, two tablespoons white Karo, two 
tablespoons cornstarch and one cup water. Cook until clear. Remove from 
heat and add two tablespoons strawberry jello or wild strawberry jello if you 
can find it. Stir well and cool. Mix in 1 quart strawberries and pour into crust. 
Refrigerate. Can top with whipped cream/cool whip. 
You will need one box of cookies and part of another to equal one and one-
half cups.
This is especially good with fresh berries which are now in season in Indiana.
