gluten free diet.  She will discuss how to bake and cook gluten free.  Kim
will answer questions about gluten-free grains (and common myths of grains
that are not allowed on the gluten-free diet) and will demonstrate how to
make some delicious but easy to prepare foods.  Of course, there will be
plenty for you to taste and lots of opportunity to have your questions
