Hi all!

I've been lurking for a couple of weeks & hope I get this
msg right (send it OK, don't offend anybody etc etc).

does anybody have a GF recipe for hot cross buns,
preferably lactose-free too?  I've never made these
so I don't know what *normally* goes into them, but
every year (till now) I've eaten loads of hot cross
buns from the supermarket. I can live without them,
but I'd really like to find a recipe to try (I'm a rotten
cook BTW but this could be an incentive to improve).
