If anyone's interested . . . 

I didn't find out if any menu items that were gluten free.  Everyone pretty much suggested the same thing ~ bring your own gf pizza and they should be happy to cook it for you.  Another suggestion was the salad bar, but bring your own dressing.  Or, just go for the games & rides and skip the food altogether.
