Unfortunately all MSG available in the US is NOT gf. Apparently all MSG
MADE in the US is gf. Some MSG used in the US is from China which
apparently started to make MSG from wheat during the past year.

China is also making citric acid from wheat, which apparently started to
show up in the US in the last year or so.

Sorry I have not been able to keep up with my email and saw the post
regarding MSG. Since the summary had gone out I sent this to the entire
group.
