hey!

I am not having a good morning. I took L-glutamine for the past 2 days and I
have had a gluten reaction- I am sure of it.

I looked up L-glutamine on wikipedia and sometimes the source is wheat. the
product may say gluten free, but the way the amino acid is made, they usually
use wheat for the base. the brand i have says its gluten free and wheat free
but the way I am feeling today tells me otherwise.

the brand i bought from a diff. company last week online didn't say online that
it contained wheat, but when i got it, it was right there in bold letters on the
side. grrrr! i was mad.

so, i have emailed the company of the bottle i have right now, I will let you
know what they say.

sincerely
aimee
