Has anyone who has lactose intolerance tried eating hard, aged cheese
and not had a problem with it? I keep reading that this type of cheese
should not cause difficulties for people with lactose intolerance, but
the last time I tried an aged cheddar I didn't have a good reaction. I
was thinking of giving it one more go, only this time using aged
parmesan that I will grate myself. Any comments?
