Celiac Disease Foundation Solano County Celiacs, North Bay Celiacs,
and Sacramento Celiacs "A Gluten-Free Fair" was a HUGE success!!

We anticipated 250-300 guests and ended up with over 600 guests! Imagine our
surprise when the line went down the block!
The best story came from a gentleman named Ian who had been diagnosed with
Celiac over twenty years ago. He had struggled to
find decent foods and was shocked when he found Iamori's raviolis at the
fair. It was the first ravioli he had eaten in 20 years! It's
stories like Ian's that definitely make all the hard work completely worth
it.

The Inn and Spa at Benicia Bay was kind enough to donate their space
for our multitude of wonderful gluten-free vendors.

Our hardworking vendors included:

Bakery On Main
Bob's Red Mill
Breads From Anna
Conte's Pasta
Crave Bakery
Crunchfuls
Iamori
G-Free Foodie*
Gluten-Free Living Magazine
Gluten-Free Specialty Market
J&A Smart Foods
Jones Dairy Farm*
Kettle Cuisine
Katz Gluten-Free
Lisanatti Foods
Mariposa Baking
Miglet's Cupcake Shop*
Namaste Foods
Nana's Cookie Company
Natural Food Works
National Foundation for Celiac Awareness
Nourish Your Soul Nutrition
O'Doughs Gluten-Free
Redwood Hill Farm & Creamery
Sandrini Foods
The Binding Site
Three Senses Gourmet
Udi's
Wild Veggie
Zest Bakery

We also enjoyed donated product from Andean Dream, Attune Foods, Barbara's
Bakery, Enjoy Life Foods, Glutenfreeda Foods, Mary's Gone Crackers, Nature's
Path, NoNuttin' Foods, Paleo Women Snacks & Granolas, Pamela's Products, and
Sunstart USA!

Our entire event was made possible by our WONDERFUL and hardworking
volunteers! We're so lucky to have such a GREAT group of passionate people
willing to make Celiac awareness possible in the Bay Area and Northern
California.

We're already planning next year's "A Gluten-Free Fair" and have plans to
make it bigger, better, and completely shaded! If you're interested in
seeing photos from our first event, please feel free to check out our
