Hi, Listmates!

    This coming Tuesday, July 20, 1999, at 7:00 p.m., at Sentara Norfolk
General Hospital, A-Wing Conference Room, we will hold our monthly
support group meeting. As always, free parking is provided in the Staff
Parking Garage across from the Emergency entrance to the Children's
Hospital of the Kings Daughter.

    We will have an open meeting, discussing topics of interest to the
group members, helping one another live the good gluten-free life! After
our business meeting and our program, we will enjoy "Our Favorite Picnic
Foods". Everyone is asked to bring your personal favorite picnic food to
share with the group. Please bring at least one copy of your recipe;
more copies to share if you can. Beverages will be provided.

    We also have some wonderful products from Gillian's to share! A huge
assortment of French Rolls, Cinnamon Rolls, Onion Rolls, Poppy Seed
Rolls, Sesame Seed Rolls, Dried Tomato Rolls.......such a mouth-watering
array of products for us all to try!!
