Per my call on 11/19/97 to Carl Buddig and Company (800-621-0868--Dr Jim
Carberry):  *All* Carl Buddig products at this time are gluten free and milk
free!  (They make sliced processed meats.)  The MSG is from soy.  There is
dextrose in some of the new leaner products; it is from corn.  They will be
discontinuing the use of the dextrose entirely in the future.  Good news!
