I repost the information for the last time:

For the bread:

For all purpose flour:
Come back to archives page, and click on the first week of Sept.  Than, click
on /R Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

For recipes to use The Bisquick mix:
Go to:    http://soar.berkely.edu/recipes/
Than, in the rectangle at the left hand of Search, put:  bisquick (this
spelling) and click on search.
You will have 400 recipes for Bisquick mix.

For dairy replacements:
Go to:   http://rdz.acor.org/lists/celiac/miilkalt.html
You click on the line for dairy substitute or something similar.
