Just a funny observation: My daughter was diagnosed with CD almost 10 years
ago at the age of 18 months. After that, whenever we went out for fast food
and asked for a "hamburger, no bun" we got stares, questions, even once an
"I can't do that!" Fast forward 10 years, and no one blinks and eye, except
to say, "Oh, you must be on the Atkins diet!"
